Flat Type Connector (SL)

Short Description:

AID Flat Type Connector (SL) is designed and made to DIN 22258-1 & MT/T99-1997 & PN-G-46705 rules and specs, with high alloy steel to meet the full mechanical properties.

The Flat Type Connector (SL) is used for connecting DIN 22252 round link chains in vertical and horizontal positions and other chains in conveying / elevating applications.

AID Flat Type Connector (SL) is designed and made to DIN 22258-1 & MT/T99-1997 & PN-G-46705 rules and specs, with high alloy steel to meet the full mechanical properties.

The Flat Type Connector (SL) is used for connecting DIN 22252 round link chains in vertical and horizontal positions and other chains in conveying / elevating applications.

The assembly of Flat Type Connector (SL) is as shown above illustrations.

As an important accessory of scraper and slag extractor in coal mine, the connector has large cyclic bearing capacity and high utilization rate; In the process of operation, it bears tensile force, friction with chain, coal block and sprocket, and is eroded by mineral water.

The AID mining chain link connectors with reasonable geometric size, through rough machining, semi finishing, finishing, heat treatment, pre stretching, shot blasting and other processes, has high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good cold bending ability, high breaking force and other comprehensive mechanical properties.
